Wiv Inc offers opportunities for individuals and teams to become more deeply engaged in meaningful work through Workshops, Teaching, and Writing. Our unique interdisciplinary approach — proven by research for new insights — brings forward a wide range of perspectives not visible in daily work.
Wiv Inc's special expertise is tapping into useful (and sometimes hidden) resources in all of us. By creating an inclusive process, capabilities are not squandered. Greater clarity on the essence of a problem follows. The field for creative action expands.
Growth at work requires engaging others. We do this best through stories. Leaders know that a well-chosen story can make the difference for survival. Wiv Inc teaches story telling techniques that answer to urgent needs: to understand how to navigate uncertainty, to know how to get back up after we fall down, and to learn how to travel the turbulent terrain of creative action.
What is common among all Wiv Inc activity? Using the collective creative strengths we already have, we expand our most precious resource — our human ability to engage each other in meaningful work.
WORKSHOPS
How do we move new thought to action when we are surrounded by repetitive behavior?
In October, Wiv Inc addressed this question at a Women's International Conference in Rome.
TEACHING
Teaching writing skills to develop our ability to think, Jeanette Luise Eberhardy, founder of Wiv Inc, was featured in Focus, a Mass College of Art and Design publication.
WRITING
Working on a book that profiles activists, artists, and entrepreneurs — in Brazil, Zimbabwe, India, Norway, France, the US — who have successfully integrated work, education, and life purpose.
