work in progress

Those who take risks to think differently inspire us. They help us make progress in our own lives.

I decided to bring together a number of people who challenge our assumptions about resources and growth. Wiv Inc finds practical ways to apply their lessons to our current work.

Select examples:
By teaching Zimbabwe female orphans how to harvest mushrooms comparable in protein to steak, Gunter Pauli, founder of Zeri.org, demonstrates how to transform the need for food into a more powerful dream for self-sufficiency. Pauli's systems approach to recycling waste turns our thinking about resources upside down.

YES Inc. starts a global dialogue about employment between youth and government leaders. YES creates a momentum for change that wins awards for 'most likely to eradicate poverty.' Poonam Ahluwalia, founder of YES Inc, created the means for this exchange of ideas across 55 countries by removing barriers to growth.

Wiv Inc: bringing unique approaches to resources and growth to push us beyond what we thought we could do.

These conversations will be included in Jeanette's next book, "Creating Meaningful Work." Look for excerpts at www.wivinc.com.
