1,700 gathered from 200 countries for the 5th YES Global Summit held in Leksand, Sweden. Jeanette Eberhardy's workshop on Creative Action helped participants from Brazil, Russia, India, Tanzania, Sweden, & the U.S. move their work forward.

Highlights include:
• Learning to move beyond the boundaries of current work through Disciplined Observation. In three steps participants transition from observation to action.

• Drawing out the strengths in fellow participants by using the skills of Empathic Inquiry, that is, listening, asking questions, and following the wave of an emerging new idea.
